Return Policy – Arc & Aire
At Arc & Aire, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Each piece is handcrafted to order with exceptional care, and we strive to ensure every print meets our highest standards of quality.
14-Day Returns
If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Because each piece is custom-produced, a flat return fee applies:
- Sizes up to 16×24" — $15 return fee
- Sizes larger than 16×24" — $30 return fee
To qualify, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the full product price minus the applicable return fee.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return fee applies for damaged or defective items.
